Every appointment begins with an unhurried conversation about your face, your features, your routine and what you'd love to see when you next look in the mirror. For SPMU, we map and design directly onto your skin. For other treatments, we agree the plan together. Only when you are completely happy do we begin.
Once we're aligned on the plan, I work slowly and methodically using soft, modern technique. Numbing or comfort measures are applied wherever appropriate. Most clients describe their time in my chair as relaxing rather than rushed, often closing their eyes for the majority of the session.
You'll leave with personalised aftercare guidance specific to your treatment. I'm always reachable by message in the days that follow. No question is ever too small, and I genuinely want you supported throughout the entire recovery period.
For SPMU services, you'll return for a perfecting session at six to eight weeks where we refine pigment and lock in your final result. For lashes, facials and aesthetics, I'll let you know exactly when your next visit should be to keep results looking their best.

Every treatment is an investment in time, energy and craft. To protect your appointment and the small handful of slots I have each week, I ask all clients to read and agree to the following before booking. Thank you for understanding. Below are the questions I'm asked most often, covering everything from how long lip blush lasts to what to expect from injectable treatments, through to who is and isn't a candidate. If something isn't covered here, please do reach out directly and I'll come back to you personally.
For most clients, lip blush lasts between two and three years before it begins to fade, with many opting for a colour boost around the 12 to 24 month mark to keep the result looking soft and fresh. Longevity varies depending on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare, all of which we'll discuss in detail at your consultation here in Bebington.
Hair stroke brows mimic individual hairs for a soft, natural look. Combination brows blend hair strokes at the front with a powdered finish through the body and tail, perfect for fuller definition. Both are tailored to your bone structure and existing brow hair. We'll choose the right technique for you at consultation.
Lash infills are typically recommended every two to three weeks to keep your set looking full and beautifully maintained. If it's been over three weeks since your last appointment, or you've lost more than half of your extensions, please book a longer infill so we have enough time to refresh the full set properly.
Generous, layered numbing is used throughout every SPMU and injectable treatment. The vast majority of clients describe lip blush, brows, lip filler and anti-wrinkle treatments as far gentler than they imagined, closer to a tingling sensation than anything sharp. Comfort is genuinely a priority, not an afterthought.
Allow 2.5 to 3 hours for lip blush and combination brows, around 2 hours for hair stroke brows or a full lash set, 1 hour for most facials and skin boosters, and 15 to 30 minutes for anti-wrinkle treatments. Each appointment includes consultation time, the treatment itself and personalised aftercare. I never rush.
SPMU and injectable treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, for anyone undergoing chemotherapy, or for those with certain skin conditions, autoimmune conditions or active cold sores. A full medical consultation form is sent in advance of every booking. If anything is flagged, I'll be in touch personally to discuss your options.
